Ola Loa is our fave on-the-go powder formula for replenishing electrolytes in our active, dance-loving bodies. In the current issue, the article "Quench!" covers the critical role of hydration and replenishing electrolytes in the body. Here's why we love Ola Loa oh-so-much: it's a multi-vitamin and multi-mineral formula designed for gentle and effective absorption; convenient grab-and-go single serving packets; energy boosting; and provides quick recovery from stress and physical exertion.
